Auxiliary Data

Here you can find data layers with auxiliary information to the LSA SAF products, namely: 

• geo-location data (Latitude and Longitude);
• information on the land cover type classification (Land Cover);
• terrain elevation (Digital Elevation Model);
• land/water/inland-water mask (Water Mask).

The format and projection of those data layers are common to the LSA SAF products and are availalbe on the LSA SAF data service:

• MSG 
  • Regular grid netCDF4
  • GEO projection in HDF5
• MTG 
  • GEO projection in netCDF4
